Poplar Bluff, Mo. - Carl Jenson, MD has joined the Danny Bell Cancer Center, offering Poplar Bluff-area patients access to experienced care, close to home. * In 2019 in the U.S., there will be an estimated 1,762,450 new cancer cases and 606,880 can be deaths. That means there are 4830 new cases and 1660 deaths every day. That’s why it’s important to choose an experienced team of professionals. Jenson is board certified and has over 35 years' experience as a radiation oncologist, specializing in the latest technology in precise cancer targeting treatments. He attended medical school at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR., completed his internship at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA and his residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.
