PBRMC honors BEE Award Winner Alicia Browning
11/7/2023
POPLAR BLUFF, MO –Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center announced its most recent BEE Award Winner, Alicia Browning, certified respiratory therapist (CRT).
The BEE Award recognizes team members outside of nursing and coincides with the DAISY Award, which honors nurses. The BEE award was created because, just as in nature, bees are loyal and hardworking. The bee cannot exist without the daisy and the daisy cannot exist without the bee.
Alicia was nominated by her peers and a patient who mentioned she “went above and beyond her job duties, ensures excellent patient care, and is always considerate and kind to fellow coworkers each and every day!"
Browning’s director, Tiffany Rodery, said “Alicia has been an important part of the Respiratory Team for 21 years. She was nominated for helping a patient get what they needed for testing in a different department. She always helps where she is needed and has a kind heart, which shows in everything she does at PBRMC.”
Nominations for a BEE Award can be turned into any PBRMC department director or administration.
