Orthopedic Care Expanded at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center with Arrival of Microvascular Hand and Upper Extremity Specialist

July 3, 2019- Poplar Bluff, MO – Orthopedic Hand Surgery Physician, Lawrence Weber, MD, PhD, has joined the team at Regional Physician Services and the medical staff at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, offering Southeast, MO area patients access to experienced/specialized orthopedic care, close to home.
Dr. Weber received his medical degree from Weill Cornell University Medical College in New York, followed by orthopedic fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery, as well as, shoulder and elbow surgery at The University of Pennsylvania Health Care System. Dr. Weber specializes in treatment of trauma to hand & upper extremities, including nerve and vascular structures.

Dr. Weber and the orthopedic team at Regional Physician Services offer patients a complete range of services, including diagnostics and treatment for a variety of orthopedic conditions. Treatment options include hand, shoulder, elbow and other extremity disorders, foot and ankle problems, hip and knee joint replacements, sports injuries, shoulder and knee arthroscopy/repair, sprains, strains and fracture care, treatment of arthritis, tendinitis and other repetitive stress disorders.
